Key Holder

Our team is looking for a full time Key Holder (lead budtender), who will be responsible for the opening/closing operations of the dispensary on assigned shifts. Keyholders serve as a leader and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations. Functions of this role include providing support and guidance to the team and colleagues, conducting internal inventory audits, cash handling procedures, identifying and disseminating information/trends/events pertaining to the cannabis industry to staff and management, and assisting in the development of internal policies and procedures.

We are looking for a high-energy, outgoing, mature, compassionate candidate with 2-3 years of retail or hospitality management experience. Keyholders must provide superior customer service, possess a positive attitude while greeting customers and patients, and build rapport with regular patients/customers to promote repeat business. Candidates must be reliable and dependable, with a good work ethic, be eager to learn, and open-minded.

Due to cannabis industry regulations, all candidates must be at least 21 years old, receive CORI clearance, and must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays as well as have reliable transportation. Physical requirements include being able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for most of their work schedule. The candidate must also be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required for this job which includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting
• Inventory management and control skills
• Retail sales experience
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to manage a team effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Base hourly pay is $19 per hour plus tips.
