Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on beauty, cosmetics, and skincare products to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist with daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment, and merchandising displays
• Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Millennium or other salon software platforms
• Conduct product demos and makeup applications to educate clients on product benefits and usage techniques
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication, upselling, and follow-up to encourage repeat business
• Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, managing inventory, and conducting regular stock checks
• Support social media management efforts by sharing product highlights and engaging with customers online to boost brand visibility

Skills

• Proficiency in POS systems like Millennium and salon software for seamless retail transactions
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse clientele
• Knowledge of cosmetology, beauty products, makeup application techniques, and retail math for achieving sales targets
• Experience in retail sales, upselling, client services, and customer relationship building within a beauty or cosmetics environment
• Ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Excellent organizational skills with time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with social media management tools for promoting products and engaging with customers online
