Position: Key Holder

Great opportunity to join our luxury brand! We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Key Holder to join our team at Belmont Park Village. Our Key Holders don't just open and close the store; they are relied upon to lead the floor when management is not present, create an exceptional client experience, and drive sales through a client book they manage and develop. This is an hourly base plus bonus position. Store hours follow Belmont Park Village mall hours, and this role offers flexible scheduling and a generous employee discount.

Responsibilities:

Open and close the store, following all security, cash, and register procedures.
Lead the team during assigned shifts and keep store operations running smoothly.
Generate and maximize sales through effective client service.
Maintain extensive knowledge of products, fits, fabrics, and merchandise care.
Stay updated on new items, customer service guidelines, and store policies.
Develop and manage client books to foster long-term relationships.
Adhere to customer service guidelines, including proper greeting etiquette, handling returns, exchanges, transfers, and loss prevention.
Gift wrap and bag items for customers.
Assist with mailings, answer phones, and process phone orders.
Contribute to floor moves, merchandising, and display efforts.
Support receiving, processing, and replenishing of merchandise.
Tag merchandise as needed, not limited to sales periods.
Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor, adhering to high standards of general housekeeping.

Key Tasks:

On a day-to-day basis, your various tasks involve:
Opening and closing the store accurately and on time.
Accurately and efficiently completing all sales transactions and maintaining proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
Working on special projects as necessary.
Any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma (or GED) required; a degree in Fashion or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is a plus.
Two plus years of boutique, luxury, or high-end retail experience.
Hands-on experience with store opening and closing procedures.
Key holder or shift lead experience preferred.
Proficient in inventory management, customer sales, and merchandising.
Skilled in POS transactions, including sales, returns, exchanges, item/customer lookups, CRM, and reports.
Proficient in UPS System for shipment preparation and processing.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for basic office tasks.
Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Flexible availability based on mall hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
