Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of the retail store
• Manage and organize inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
• Monitor market trends and customer preferences to make informed merchandising decisions
• Train and supervise retail staff, ensuring excellent customer service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of stock management principles and inventory control procedures
• Familiarity with market trends and customer preferences in the retail industry
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating sales totals

Pay: $13.00 per hour
