Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized client services to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist in achieving sales targets through effective upselling, product demos, and product knowledge sharing
• Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Millennium or similar salon software
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is visually appealing through merchandising efforts
• Handle cashing out procedures, cash handling, and balancing registers at the end of shifts
• Build strong customer relationships by maintaining excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Support social media management efforts by promoting products and engaging with clients online
• Conduct makeup applications and product demonstrations to educate clients about beauty & cosmetics offerings
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock management and sales data analysis
• Uphold store policies, ensure compliance with health & safety standards, and support opening/closing procedures

Skills

• Proficiency with retail POS systems such as Millennium or equivalent salon software
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
• Knowledge of cosmetology principles, makeup application techniques, and beauty product lines
• Experience in retail sales transactions, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
• Ability to upsell products effectively while providing excellent customer service
• Multilingual skills to connect with a broader customer base and enhance client communication
• Familiarity with social media management tools to promote products and engage clients online
• Organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations, sales data analysis, and inventory management
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Customer relationship building skills to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Experience with sales data analysis to track performance against targets and identify growth opportunities
