Key Holder/Sales Associate

Luminary Lifestyle is a luxury retail boutique offering a curated selection of designer-inspired fashion, fine accessories, jewelry, home décor, and lifestyle pieces. We are seeking a polished, motivated, and sales-driven Key Holder to join our Rosemary Beach team. The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury retail, a strong sense of personal style, and the ability to lead by example while creating memorable experiences for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service that reflects Luminary Lifestyle's luxury standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive selling and product knowledge.
• Provide styling recommendations and assist clients in selecting apparel, accessories, and home furnishings.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Leadership & Store Operations

• Serve as a leader on the sales floor and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations.
• Open and close the boutique independently, following all company security and cash-handling procedures.
• Act as the manager on duty when leadership is unavailable.
• Support team members in achieving sales goals while maintaining a positive, professional environment.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
• Communicate daily sales performance, operational concerns, and customer feedback to management.

Visual Merchandising & Inventory

• Maintain the boutique's elevated visual presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
• Assist with merchandising, product displays, and seasonal floor changes.
• Support inventory receiving, replenishment, stock organization, and cycle counts.
• Ensure merchandise is properly priced, tagged, and displayed according to company standards.
• Monitor best-selling merchandise and communicate replenishment needs to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience; luxury retail or boutique experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or key holder experience is a plus.
• Strong sales ability with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance with a refined sense of fashion and style.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable using POS systems; Shopify experience is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards.
