Key Holder/Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Key Holder/Supervisor to join our dynamic cinema team. The Key Holder position is a leadership role responsible for helping manage day-to-day theater operations, supporting employees, make sure the theater is properly opened or closed, and ensuring guests have a positive and safe experience.

Duties

• Lead daily operations by closing the cinema securely, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and reconcile daily sales to ensure accuracy
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly using excellent communication skills and problem solving skills

Requirements

• Proven supervising or team management experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic bookkeeping or math skills
• Ability to lead training sessions and develop team members through coaching and mentoring
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on customer service excellence

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
