Fast Eddie’s is Lubbock’s spot for games, drinks and good times. We have 27 pool tables, plus darts, ping pong, a jukebox, kitchen service until 2 AM, and APA leagues on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Our crowd comes to play, unwind and talk a little trash over a game of 8-ball.

We need an Hourly Key Manager to run the floor and keep the good times going. You’ll be in charge of the shift, from the happy-hour rush to last call.

What You’ll Do

• Run the shift. Open, close and everything in between as the manager on duty.
• Lead the crew. Coach and back up bartenders, servers, kitchen and floor staff. Jump behind the bar when it’s packed.
• Keep the tables moving. Manage table rentals, pool pricing and wait times so nobody’s stuck holding a cue.
• Own league nights and events. Make sure APA nights, tournaments, Game Day HQ and themed parties (Halloween, Rack ’Em In Pink and more) run smoothly.
• Keep it legit. Check IDs, enforce the 18+ after 7 PM policy and follow TABC rules on every shift.
• Handle the money. Count drawers, make deposits, process tip-outs and close out the night.
• Keep the place sharp. Clean tables, check equipment, keep the bar stocked and the kitchen running.
• Take care of guests. Handle complaints, defuse heated moments and send people home happy.
• Report up. Pass shift notes, inventory needs and maintenance issues to the GM.

What You Bring

• 1+ year leading shifts in a bar, restaurant or entertainment venue.
• TABC Seller-Server certification and a Texas Food Handler card, or willingness to get both before your first shift.
• Cash handling and POS experience (RPOWER a plus).
• Composure under pressure. You can de-escalate a situation without making it a scene.
• Availability nights, weekends and holidays, including 2 AM closes.
• The ability to stand all shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
