Job Title: Keyholder

Working hours: 20 hours contracted per week. Required to be fully flexible to work weekdays and weekends.

Location: Swindon Designer Outlet

Salary: £13.40 per hour

We’re looking for a Keyholder who knows how to sweeten the deal when it comes to delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the smooth running of our retail store. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and bringing the HARIBO brand to life in store
• Opening and closing the store, ensuring security and operational standards are met
• Processing cash and card payments accurately at the till
• Maintaining high retail standards through replenishment,pricingand visual presentation
• Supporting stock control, foodhygieneand Health & Safety compliance

Do you have the right ingredients?

To join our team of confectionery creators, you’ll need:

• Previousretail experience
• Experience handling cash and card transactions
• A friendly,confidentand customer-focused approach
• Strong communicationskills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and keyholder shifts
• A passion for HARIBO, our values,brandand customers
• Online retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
