The Role
At Cannabis Supply Co, Keyholders are trusted on-shift leaders — the ones who keep the store running smoothly, model great customer experiences, and help the team succeed even when things get busy.
In this role, our core values show up in the way you lead: raising the bar by noticing what’s needed and setting the standard for service and store presentation; being people-powered by supporting and coaching teammates with care and respect; owning it by taking responsibility for store operations, compliance, and outcomes; riding the wave by staying calm and adaptable when priorities shift; and winning together by sharing credit, celebrating wins, and bringing energy to every shift.
If you’re energized by leadership, problem-solving, mentoring others, and keeping a fast-paced retail environment running like clockwork, this could be a great fit.
