Keyholder

Overview

The Keyholder is a sales-focused leader responsible for driving store performance through exceptional clienteling, styling expertise, and floor leadership. This role acts as a manager-on-duty, ensuring a high-touch customer experience while supporting daily operations and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, consistently achieving and exceeding individual sales goals
• Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and personalized service
• Drive clienteling initiatives including appointments, events, and repeat business strategies
• Deliver elevated styling experiences aligned with brand identity
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the store
• Act as Manager on Duty in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager
• Motivate and coach associates to meet KPIs including sales, UPT, AOV, and conversion
• Ensure floor coverage, merchandising standards, and visual execution are maintained
• Resolve client issues with a solutions-oriented and brand-aligned approach
• Support inventory processes including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in contemporary or premium fashion
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building repeat clientele
• Strong clienteling skills with a proactive, relationship-driven mindset
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
