Starting Rate: $18.75 / hour

The Role

Dutch Love is looking for a Keyholder who loves great people, great weed, and knows how to keep things moving when they’re leading the shift.

As a Keyholder, you’re a trusted on-shift leader. You’ll help customers, support the team, solve problems, and make sure the shop is running smoothly. You’ll lead by example, whether that means sharing product knowledge, handling an escalation, or jumping in wherever the team needs you.

What You’ll Do

• Create a friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming customer experience.
• Lead by example and provide direction to the team during your shift.
• Help customers find products that fit what they’re looking for.
• Coach teammates on product knowledge, sales, and customer service.
• Handle customer questions and escalations with confidence.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including cash management.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, stocked, and looking great.
• Follow cannabis regulations and store procedures.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly.

What You Bring

• You’re 19+ and able to obtain the required provincial cannabis certification.
• 2+ years of retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous Keyholder or leadership experience is an asset.
• You’re friendly, dependable, and comfortable taking the lead.
• You communicate well and can stay calm when things get busy.
• You’re curious about cannabis and excited to keep learning.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal record check.
