The Opportunity

As a Keyholder, you'll play an important role in the success of the store, supporting the management team, driving sales performance, and helping create an exceptional customer experience.

You'll lead by example on the sales floor, combining your passion for fashion and styling with your ability to motivate others, build client relationships, and achieve results.

What You'll Do

• Lead by Example: Inspire your colleagues to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a positive, high-energy sales floor.
• Drive Sales: Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
• Build Client Relationships: Deliver personalized styling experiences and develop lasting customer connections.
• Support Team Development: Coach and motivate team members, share product knowledge, and encourage a collaborative environment.
• Assist with Store Operations: Support opening and closing procedures, daily operations, and visual presentation standards.
• Create an Exceptional Experience: Ensure every customer receives attentive, knowledgeable, and engaging service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment.
• A proven ability to drive sales and deliver results.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for fashion, styling, and building meaningful customer relationships.
• A natural ability to motivate others and contribute to a positive team culture.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a full-time retail schedule, including weekends.

Candidates must have demonstrated leadership experience and be comfortable taking ownership on the sales floor.
