Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, organised and responsible Key Holder to join our dynamic hospitality team at Pretty Pots McArthurGlen whilst also providing support to the Milford team when needed.

Pretty Pots spans both a hospitality and retail environment. Needing to ensure customers have a fabulous experience, food and drink standards remain exceptional but also managing sales targets, session times and operating guidelines. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted leader on the floor, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing exceptional customer experience. Pretty Pots has become renowned for the experience we give our guests and we are seeking a vibrant personality to ensure every customer has a fantastic time with us whilst supporting the management team to ensure daily operations are completed.

As a Key Holder, you will be empowered to open and close the store, oversee staff activities with support from the management team and uphold company standards. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding experiences, drive repeat visits, and maintain a welcoming environment for all visitors. Responsibilities

• Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all security protocols are followed
• Excellent customer service skills providing an experience to the customers who walk through the door
• Supervise daily store operations, including inventory management, customer experience and sales activities
• Support the wider management team and be a trusted colleague
• Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain effective communication with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow
• Oversee brand standards to ensure a comfortable and pretty environment for customers to enjoy
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory counts, and reporting with strong organizational skills

Skills

• Proven management or supervising experience in hospitality or related fields
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication skills for clear instructions and effective customer interactions
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative responsibilities
• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a focus on team management and customer service excellence
• Strong interpersonal skills for positive engagement with customers and staff

Pay: £12.71-£13.11 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
