Keyholder/Assistant Manager

ASSISTANT MANAGER APPLICATION

We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and positive person to join our team as an Assistant Manager Applicant!

About Us:

Lucky Leo’s Sweet Shop was founded in 2017 on the Seaside Heights Boardwalk. We are a simple mom & pop shop originally focused on providing high quality Belgian chocolate with excellent customer service. Over the years, we have added a variety of additional items to our store over the years, such as bubble tea, espresso and coffee drinks, and other various sweets.

What we’re looking for:

· Seasoned retail worker, preferably in a leadership role (3+ years)

· Friendly and customer-focused

· Able to work well with a team

· Comfortable taking initiative and helping lead by example

• Driver's license required

What you’ll do:

· Support with daily operations around the front-end of store

· Help train and support team members

· Provide excellent customer service

· Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

· Assist with opening/closing and other managerial duties

· Base Pay ($19-$22 based on experience) + Tips included

· Year-Round Employment (Seasonal Optional)
