What they need
QUALIFICATION:
- Preferably with experience in maintaining the model units. However, without experience are also welcome to apply.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Must have a strong personality.
- Must know how to deal with different people.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages unit keys and access control.
- Secures and prepares units for authorized use.
- Perform basic maintenance, utility and upkeep tasks
- Ensures overall safety, cleanliness and operational readiness of the units
- To report abnormalities of the model houses and repairs.
