Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling.
• Manage food service customer orders efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by regularly cleaning kitchen equipment, dining areas, and food prep stations.
• Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, serving food promptly, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Support food safety management practices by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Experience with food preparation, kitchen equipment operation, and food safety standards is desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Background in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or grocery store experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are essential.

Pay: $22.95 - $27.64 per hour
