KG HEAD

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated KG Head to lead and manage our kindergarten section. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a good understanding of early childhood education. Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.

The KG Head will be responsible for supervising teachers, developing age-appropriate learning plans, monitoring students' progress, maintaining academic standards, and ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for young learners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support KG teachers in their daily academic activities.
• Ensure effective delivery of lessons in line with kindergarten learning objectives.
• Monitor students' academic progress, behaviour, and overall development.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and concerns.
• Organize academic activities, events, assessments, and teacher training sessions.
• Maintain academic records, reports, attendance, and other necessary documentation.
• Ensure a child-friendly, safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Coordinate with school management to maintain academic quality and operational efficiency.
• Address parents' concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
• Promote creativity, communication, social skills, and emotional development among young learners.
• Ensure teachers follow school policies, curriculum guidelines, and academic schedules.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching qualification or early childhood education certification is preferred.
• Previous experience as a KG Head, Kindergarten Coordinator, or Senior KG Teacher is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of kindergarten curriculum, teaching methodologies, and child development.
• Ability to guide teachers, manage parents' concerns, and maintain academic standards.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and online teaching platforms is an advantage.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to students' overall development.
