KG Teacher

Sree Neelakanta Vidyapeedom invites applications from enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated candidates for the post of Kindergarten (KG) Teacher. Candidates should have a genuine interest in early childhood education, a child-friendly approach, and good communication skills in English.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for KG students.

• Develop children’s language, communication, social, and motor skills through play-based learning.

• Create a safe, caring, and positive classroom environment.

• Communicate effectively in English with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage good habits and values.

• Prepare teaching aids and participate in school activities and programmes.

• Monitor children’s progress and support their overall development.

Educational Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with Montessori Teacher Training.

• OR Degree in any discipline with PPTTC

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English.

• Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards young children.

• Ability to engage children through interactive and activity-based teaching.

• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiasm for working with young learners.

Experience

• Both freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

• Candidates with relevant teaching experience will be considered based on their skills and suitability.

Salary

Salary will be offered based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and performance.
