Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for students from kindergarten through grade 12
• Deliver engaging tutoring sessions that clarify concepts, reinforce skills, and encourage active participation
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with students to motivate and build their confidence in their abilities
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, or guardians to discuss student progress and address any learning challenges
• Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions, student achievements, and areas needing further support
• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes curiosity and a love for learning

Skills

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching students across various grade levels from kindergarten to grade 12
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain concepts and motivate learners of all ages
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs
• Experience working with children and understanding developmental stages relevant to different age groups
• Classroom experience or previous educational roles that demonstrate instructional competence
• Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire confidence in students
• Excellent organizational skills for planning lessons and tracking student progress
