• High school diploma for basic properties; bachelor's degree in hospitality, real estate, or business administration preferred for large complexes
• Basic accounting and financial budgeting (P&L statements)
• Strong communication and customer service
• Crisis management and conflict resolution
• Ability to work independently and be on-call for emergencies
