We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Encoder to join our team. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data, preparing documents, and supporting daily back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate
• Fresh graduates and applicants with no experience are welcome
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, if required

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and update data accurately into company systems or databases
• Review information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records
• Perform data verification and correction when needed
• Prepare reports, documents, and other administrative records
• Assist with daily back-office and administrative tasks
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and data confidentiality policies
