KiddieCorp Part-Time Program Manager in San Francisco

KiddieCorp, a leading provider of on-site childcare for special events, is seeking dynamic part-time Program Managers to join our team. We operate temporary childcare centers at conferences, trade shows, weddings, and other events across the U.S. and Canada. Headquartered in San Diego, we have employees nationwide and travel wherever our clients need us.

Overview

We are looking for part-time Program Managers with the flexibility to travel and manage on-site childcare programs at various events. This role offers a unique opportunity for nationwide and Canada-based travel, with all travel expenses—flights, hotel, transportation, and per diem—covered by KiddieCorp.

As a Program Manager, you’ll oversee the entire on-site childcare operation. A few of your responsibilities will include supervising staff, setting up engaging environments for children, handling registration, answering questions from parents and clients, managing paperwork, processing payments (if applicable), and completing post-event documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, KiddieCorp staff, venue staff, parents, and children.
• Set up an engaging and fun environment using provided materials.
• Maintain accurate daily attendance records of all children.
• Uphold KiddieCorp’s policies and safety procedures, including reporting incidents/accidents promptly.
• Complete all program-related paperwork within 24 hours.
• Ensure age-appropriate games and activities are facilitated.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 30+ pounds.
• Ability to remain on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Ability to sit on the floor and engage with children.
• Current child and infant CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain these certifications before the start date).

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education and experience is preferred.
• At least 4 years of direct childcare experience AND 2 years of staff supervision/management required.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $21.00 per hour
