Project Role : Application Lead/Technology Delivery Lead

Locations Available: PAN India(Tier1 & Tier2 locations as well)

Experience Required: 12 -20 years

Must have skills-Kinaxis

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

• Implementing ETL solutions to integrate Kinaxis Rapid Response and similar other SCM software in client environment

• Experience in leading technical design for inbound / outbound processes

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.

• Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.

• Experience with project management tools and techniques.

• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

• Familiarity with integration processes and data management.

Additional:

• Talend experience will be an added advantage

• Rapid Response Integration Consultant certification will be a plus

• SQL/SSIS experience will be an added advantage
