Our mission is centered on discovering potential and nurturing individuality. We combine authentic Montessori methods with the National Preschool Standard Curriculum (KSPK) to build a warm, respectful environment where children learn independently at their own natural pace.
We value our educators' wellbeing and believe that a great learning environment starts with a happy, well-supported teaching team. We offer structured working hours, clear lesson-planning frameworks, and respect for your personal time outside of school.
We are looking for a passionate, patient, and observant Montessori Educator to join us!
What You’ll Do
Guide & Inspire: Act as a facilitator in a child-centered environment, guiding children through Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, and Cultural work.
Integrate Curriculum: Blend Montessori pedagogy seamlessly with KSPK requirements, early literacy/phonics, and engaging thematic projects. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Montessori-based lessons and activities that align with the curriculum and meet the individual needs of each child.
Nurture Growth: Observe individual learning styles, track developmental milestones, and support each child’s natural curiosity and independence.
Prepare the Environment: Maintain an organized, inviting, and calm classroom space where children can freely explore and develop self-discipline.
Partner with Parents: Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback and collaborating with parents to support each child's development.
Maintain detailed records, documentation and portfolios to track children's learning and development.
Support children's social, emotional and physical wellbeing, and promote positive behaviour.
Contribute to the broader life of the school through staff meetings, professional development and community events.
Who We’re Looking For
Language Skills: Fluent English is essential. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin is an added advantage.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent.
Experience: 1–2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or Montessori setting.
Mindset: Patient, deeply respectful of young learners, collaborative, and aligned with a child-led learning philosophy.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children and families
