Job Description

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Vijayanagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with young children and have good English-speaking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate and activity-based learning sessions.
• Teach basic English, numbers, shapes, colours, rhymes, stories, and general concepts.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Handle children with patience, care, and a friendly approach.
• Conduct activities such as storytelling, drawing, art & craft, games, music, and rhymes.
• Monitor children's learning, behaviour, and overall development.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety of children.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's progress.
• Participate in school events, activities, and celebrations.
• Maintain basic classroom records and student progress updates.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; NTT / Montessori / ECCE / D.Ed. qualification is an added advantage.
• Previous experience as a Kindergarten/Pre-Primary/Nursery Teacher is preferred.
• Good English speaking and communication skills are mandatory.
• Good classroom management and child-handling skills.
• Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to conduct engaging and interactive activities.
• Freshers with relevant qualifications and good communication skills may also apply.
