Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at Weir Views.

With additional Kindergarten funding approved, we're growing our Kindergarten program and looking for an experienced and dedicated ECT to join our team and help create an engaging, inclusive and supportive learning environment for children aged 3–5 years.

About the Role
As a Kindergarten Teacher at Aspire, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, supporting their learning, development and wellbeing as they prepare for their next big step.

You will:

• Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning programs
• Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Build strong and meaningful relationships with children and families
• Support children with challenging behaviours using positive and inclusive strategies
• Complete observations, assessments and documentation to support children's learning
• Work collaboratively with educators and the Centre Leadership Team
• Encourage children's curiosity, creativity, confidence and independence
• Adapt your approach to meet the individual needs, interests and abilities of every child
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative Kindergarten team

About You
We're looking for a Kindergarten Teacher who is warm, patient, creative and passionate about early childhood education.

You'll ideally bring:

• An approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
• Current VIT registration
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
• Excellent observation, assessment and documentation skills
• Experience supporting children with challenging behaviours
• Positive and proactive classroom management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• Creativity and enthusiasm for creating engaging learning experiences
• A genuine commitment to children's learning, development and wellbeing
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
