Job Summary
As a Kinesiologist at FitFive, you will work directly with athletes and clients to assess and enhance their physical capabilities. You will conduct evaluations using cutting-edge technology to measure strength, mobility, stability, speed, and endurance, and create personalized training regimens aimed at improving overall performance and preventing injury. You will also play a key role in educating clients about proper movement mechanics and recovery techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical assessments to evaluate mobility, strength, stability, and endurance.
• Develop customized training programs based on individual assessments.
• Work with clients to address injury prevention and provide rehabilitation guidance.
• Use state-of-the-art technology (Dynamo, Force Decks, V02 MAX) to track performance progress.
• Educate clients on proper movement, body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies.
• Monitor and adjust training programs based on performance data and client feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) through the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA).
• Experience in sports performance, injury rehabilitation, and functional movement.
• Strong understanding of biomechanics and exercise physiology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$47.00 per hour
