Kiosk Sales Associate

As an Amorella Kiosk Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers indulge in our premium chocolates and sweet treats. Your role is to provide excellent service, maintain an inviting kiosk, and ensure every visit is a delightful experience.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with selections, and create a welcoming experience.
• Product Knowledge: Learn about our chocolates and sweets to guide customers in their choices.
• Merchandising: Keep the kiosk clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Sales & Transactions: Process purchases accurately, promote special offers, and suggest complementary products.
• Hygiene & Quality: Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for chocolates and sweets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
