KIOSK SUPERVISOR

About the role
We are seeking a Kiosk Supervisor to join the team in the Central Region. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to lead and manage kitchen operations within a fast-paced environment. As a Kiosk Supervisor, you will oversee daily kiosk operations, supervise kitchen and sandwich preparation staff, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service are maintained at all times. This role is pivotal to the success of our kiosk operations and directly impacts our customers' experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth service.
• Prepare and serve food in accordance with operating standards.
• Deliver warm, friendly and efficient customer service.
• Guide and support team members during daily operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Continuously improve operations as the business grows.

What we're looking for

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment
• Comprehensive understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Customer service excellence and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle food preparation equipment safely
