Kitchen Aide

1. To prepare food in accordance with established menu offerings, while adhering to all state and local health department regulations and guidelines. Assist in the overall duties of the daily operation of the department.

2. Knowledge of food preparation and service, operation and maintenance of food service appliances, inventory control procedures, proper food storage, proper food service sanitation and safety standards.

3. ServSafe Certification Required

4. Experience with inventory tracking, supply management and purchase monitoring.

5. Schedule: 7am-2pm.
