Kitchen and Bath Designer - Space Planning

SENIOR KITCHEN & BATH DESIGNER

Based in Nashua, NH, we are a top-rated company specializing in high-end residential remodeling projects including kitchens, baths, additions, whole-home renovations, and custom living spaces.

We're seeking a Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer to lead homeowners through the design process from concept to completion, combining residential design expertise, space planning, material selections, and client relationship management to create exceptional living environments.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, design preferences, project goals, and budgets
• Develop kitchen, bath, and residential remodeling concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and design presentations
• Guide clients through cabinetry, countertop, flooring, fixture, lighting, color, and finish selections
• Prepare detailed design specifications and documentation for construction and project teams
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, architects, vendors, and production teams throughout project execution
• Present design solutions, renderings, and recommendations while serving as the primary design contact
• Support project sales efforts by helping homeowners visualize design concepts and proposed solutions
• Maintain accurate design documentation and ensure projects align with client expectations, constructability, and budget

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential interior design, kitchen and bath design, or design-build remodeling experience
• Experience leading client consultations and managing homeowner relationships
• Strong portfolio of kitchen, bath, and residential remodeling projects
• Proficiency with design software such as Chief Architect, 2020 Design, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, space planning, residential construction, materials, and finish selections
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
