Growing kitchen and bath company looking to add to our installation team. We are seeking a reliable and motivated person to add to our installation crew. Ideal candidate is someone who is willing and able to to learn all facets of kitchen and bath installation, the Quality Home Center way. Carpentry as well as light plumbing and electrical experience is a must. Must have own tools, a current and valid driver license, and be willing to undergo a background and drug screening upon request. Position is year round, hourly. Typical work week is Monday to Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm, occasional weekend may be requested as needed.

Job responsibilities/duties to include, but not limited to;

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and be on feet for long periods of time.

• Ability and motivation to learn kitchen and bath installation to QHC's level of standards.

• Ability to supply, maintain, and operate manual and power tools.

• Maintain job site in a professional manner.

• Follow instructions of project lead/showroom staff.

• Ability to install cabinetry, mouldings, hardware, counter tops, etc., in course of kitchen, bath, and fireplace installation

• Ability to perform minor plumbing such as, but not limited to, hooking up a sink, installing faucet, shower/tub trim, valve, etc.

• Ability to perform minor electrical such as, but not limited to, changing receptacles and switches, installing hi hats, etc.

• Ability to work with gas is a plus, but not a requirement.

• Ability to safely operate company vehicles.

• Other various tasks assigned by QHC leadership.

Starting salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. Potential pay increase after 90 day probation period. Company benefits available after one full year of service including paid vacation and company matched retirement plan.
