Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and cooking according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Prepare mise en place before service and ensure the assigned station is ready
• Cook and plate dishes according to required quality, portion and presentation standards
• Handle ingredients properly and ensure freshness and proper storage
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstation
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation requirements at all times
• Assist with stock checking, receiving and storage of ingredients when required
• Support other kitchen stations during busy service periods
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Carry out other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef / Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Relevant kitchen / culinary experience will be an advantage

• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays when required
