Kitchen Assistant - Chocolatiers

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join the production kitchen at a Boutique Chocolate Factory in Blenheim. Permanent, fulltime position with all shifts being 8.5 hours per day, including working either a Saturday or Sunday.

Duties include consistently producing & packing high quality handcrafted chocolates & confections effectively & efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Packing chocolates and confections effectively and efficiently

About you

• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work hard in a high production kitchen
• Positive, keen, can-do attitude
• Excellent listening skills
• A team player willing to pitch in wherever needed
• Attention to detail and a constant desire to do your best
• Reliability and self-motivation
• Must have own transport
• Must reside in and be eligible to work in NZ permanently
• Some experience in hospitality would be an advantage
