Duties

• Assist with meal preparation and food assembly, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
• Support the kitchen team in food safety practices, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and organizing supplies for efficient cooking processes
• Help with serving meals to customers or guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts to uphold hygiene standards
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen well-equipped for ongoing meal service
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for everyone

Skills

• Experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal assembly processes
• Understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene standards essential for maintaining cleanliness and compliance

Pay: £12.71-£18.94 per hour
