What they need
The position of Kitchen Assistant is responsible for following recipes, getting ingredients ready, cooking, and plating food. He/she shall possess skills like cooking and preparation of meals based to the company standards
1.1. Assist Food Production Specialists in preparing workstation and cooking equipment.
1.2. To prepare, measure, cut/chop, etc. all ingredients to be used.
1.3. Request, receive, sort, and measure ingredients to be used, and accomplish all.
1.4. Wash cooking utensils, clean food preparation equipment and kitchen areas.
1.5. Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly workstation.
