Kitchen Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team in a bustling korean restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will assist in dish-washing , meal preparation, ensuring a smooth kitchen operation and contributing to the overall culinary experience.

. Friday : 6pm to 10pm

. Saturday : 12 to 4pm, 6 to 10pm

. Sunday : 12 to 4pm

Duties

• Dishwashes

• Support the kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area

• Follow food safety guidelines to uphold high standards of hygiene

• Help with stock rotation and inventory management

Skills

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is desirable

• Knowledge of basic meal preparation techniques

• Familiarity with food safety practices

• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills

• Previous experiences worked in korean restaurants
