Brew Crew Opportunity

We are seeking friendly, curious, and collaborative Baristas to help deliver a world-class coffee and tea experience. As a member of our Singapore Brew Crew, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

You will enter our famous ‘Training Academy’ from your very first day and develop expertise in the making of our Signature Gourmet Dishes, gaining valuable career skills — Your development is our priority.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will:

Food Preparation:

Washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing ingredients; assisting cooks with meal preparation.

Kitchen Cleanliness:

Washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, equipment, and utensils; maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Inventory and Stock Management:

Monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food storage.

Food Safety and Hygiene:

Following food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring proper food handling and storage practices.

Assisting Kitchen Staff:

Supporting with various tasks, such as setting up workstations, preparing ingredients, and assisting with plating dishes.

Other Duties:

Unloading deliveries, cleaning and organizing the kitchen, and performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Your Ingredients

Our Brew Crew is fueled by curiosity. We embrace new ideas and experiences in the pursuit of bettering ourselves, our organization, and the customers we serve.

● Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred, however not required, as training will be provided in our Barista Academy.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong customer service orientation.

● Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

● Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
