Kitchen Assistant

Job Summary
Bronco's is looking for a dependable Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation and daily kitchen operations. This position is ideal for someone who works well as part of a team and can maintain cleanliness and efficiency during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling
• Help kitchen staff with prep and service tasks
• Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
• Store food and supplies properly
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and kitchen procedures
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with kitchen cleanup at the end of shifts

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
