Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen assistant to help our team with our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will possess a good background in food production and preparation, coupled and working well in a team. This role requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
• Completing kitchen paperwork
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Experience

• Experience in a kitchen assistant role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
• Some culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and serving.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality sector.
• Some previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is prefered.
