One of your benefits would be a share of the monthly service charge and if working a full shift it would include a staff meal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food and meal preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and basic cooking tasks under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety standards
• Support the culinary team in food safety practices by following proper hygiene procedures and storage guidelines.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Follow all health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for everyone
• Support the team during busy periods by performing additional tasks such as dishwashing or assisting with catering setups

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, meal assembly, and kitchen safety procedures
• Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices in a professional setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues
• Prior experience in serving or assisting in food service roles is advantageous but not mandatory
• Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to health regulations at all times

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
