Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure hygiene and sanitation are consistently maintained
• Help with serving food to guests or customers in a courteous and efficient manner
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist with basic cooking tasks under supervision, gaining valuable culinary experience

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards is advantageous
• Knowledge of meal preparation, food safety practices, and proper handling of kitchen equipment is desirable
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
