Kitchen Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for reliable, energetic Kitchen Team Members to join our fast-paced crew. You’ll play a key role in preparing our signature wings and sides while keeping kitchen operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and package wings, fries, and sides accurately and efficiently
• Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, fryers, and equipment
• Restock ingredients, sauces, and supplies as needed
• Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure timely order flow
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
• Handle high-volume periods calmly and efficiently

• Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but not required (we train!)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
