Kitchen Porter

Duties:

- Assist in the preparation of mise en place.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, and storing ingredients properly.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
**-**Follow a daily cleaning schedule.
**-**Clean heavy equipment
**-**Have a good knowledge of chemicals

Experience:

• Previous experience in a kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with dish preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
