About the role
Support kitchen stewarding, hygiene, waste handling and simple kitchen duties. Responsible for back-kitchen cleaning, sanitation, waste disposal and simple kitchen support.
Key responsibilities
- Wash trays, utensils, containers and production tools
- Keep wash-up, kitchen and assigned back-of-house areas clean
- Sort waste and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies
- Assist with simple preparation, stock movement and kitchen support
- Follow food safety, chemical and equipment procedures
About you
- Able to stand for long periods, handle supplies and use cleaning products safely
- Mandarin or English required for work communication; bilingual candidates preferred
- Kitchen-assistance, stewarding or food-factory experience will be given priority
- Kitchen stewarding, hygiene, waste handling, simple preparation and teamwork skills
