Responsibilities

• Assist with meal and food preparation by chopping, peeling, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes under supervision
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all areas of food handling and storage
• Help with cleaning duties including washing dishes, sanitizing work surfaces, utensils, and equipment to ensure a spotless kitchen environment
• Organize and restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Serve meals to customers or guests in accordance with established procedures and standards
• Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to prevent accidents or contamination
• Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks with energy and positive attitude

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper hygiene procedures
