We are opening a new Nasi Lemak outlet in Penang and looking for Kitchen Assistant with duties such as rice cooking, sambal preparation, wrapping nasi lemak, and central kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking
• Prepare ingredients and maintain food quality
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic
• Wash kitchen utensils and equipment
• Assist chefs and kitchen team with daily operations
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Perform other duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor

Requirements:

• No experience required (training will be provided)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, hardworking, and punctual
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
