  • Responding to kitchen demands during service and assisting with order fulfilment in a timely manner
  • Following food safety and health and safety protocols at all times
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team to achieve daily operational targets and customer satisfaction goals

What we're looking for

  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining focus under pressure
  • Good physical fitness and stamina, as the role involves prolonged periods of standing and repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff
  • Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to adapt to kitchen schedules and peak service times
