Kitchen Assistant

Richmond Hall Care Home is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Walsall.

Position Summary:

The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with the daily operations of the kitchen. This individual will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and restaurant quality.

Requirements:
1+ year(s) of previous experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines for working in a kitchen
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, repeatably
• Strong attention to detail
• Multi-tasking abilities in a busy restaurant environment
• Working at elevated heights
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours in a kitchen environment
• Must have physical ability, including lifting, bending and reaching
• Must have good judgment, work ethic, and energy
• Able to work with under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
